9.04.010 Penalties.
Unless otherwise provided herein, upon conviction, the
violation of any section of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine or
imprisonment as set forth in Section 1.12.510 of this code. (Prior code §

9.04.020 Aiding or abetting.
It is unlawful for any person to counsel, advise, incite,
abet, procure or aid any other person in the violation of any city ordinance.
