The Greenville County subdivision regulations, as amended, are incorporated by reference into this chapter and made applicable to the city of Travelers Rest. (Ord. 1-88 § 1, 1988)

The agreement between the city of Travelers Rest and the Greenville County planning commission, which is attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, incorporated by reference herein and on file in the city clerk’s office, shall be deemed an authorization by the city council of Travelers Rest for the Greenville County planning commission and its professional staff to interpret, apply and enforce the Greenville County subdivision regulations, as amended, in the city of Travelers Rest. Should any court of competent jurisdiction determine that any portion of this chapter and the material that it incorporates by reference is unconstitutional, or inconsistent with other controlling law which takes precedent, then such part as is so determined shall be deemed severable from the remainder of this chapter.
