(a) The following codes are adopted by reference as though they were copied herein fully:

Standard Existing Buildings Code, 1988 Edition with 1997 Revisions;

International Fire Code, 2000 Edition;

Standard Housing Code, 1997 Edition;

International Mechanical Code, 2000 Edition;

International Plumbing Code, 2000 Edition;

Standard Swimming Pool Code, 1997 Edition;

CABO One & Two Family Dwelling Code, 1995 Edition.

(b) Within such codes, when reference is made to the duties of a certain official named therein, that designated official of the city of Travelers Rest, county of Greenville, state of South Carolina who has duties corresponding to those of the named official in such code shall be deemed to be the responsible official insofar as enforcing the provisions of such code are concerned.
