Chapter 2.12 FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION


2.12.083 Violation penalties.

(a) An alarm system monitoring company’s failure to comply with any of the requirements of Section 2.08.280 or Section 2.08.290 shall be a violation, punishable by a fine up to two hundred fifty dollars. Each day of noncompliance shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) Violations of other sections of this article shall be punishable by a fine listed in Fine Schedule “A,” unless otherwise specified in each section.
(c) Any fines imposed under this section are subject to appeal to the municipal court.
