The nongovernmental user must agree to indemnify and hold harmless the city, its agencies, departments, boards, commissions and its council members, official, agents, servants and employees, from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, causes of action, debts, damages, costs, charges and expenses including court costs and attorney’s fees, and against all liability, losses and damages of any nature whatsoever arising out of or resulting from the use of city-owned or operated facilities.
