Chapter 1.24 MUNICIPAL COURT
1.24.200 Refusal of juror to attend--Limit on service.
Any juror duly summoned who shall neglect or refuse to appear
in obedience to such summons, and shall not, within forty-eight hours
thereafter, render to the municipal judge, a satisfactory excuse for such
delinquency, may be punished for contempt. No person shall be required to serve
as a juror in the court more than one time during any calendar month. (Prior
code § 1-6-20)
