Chapter 1.08 GOVERNING BODY
1.08.010 Election of governing body.*
The mayor and council members of the city shall be elected
for terms of four years, to be staggered so that not more than one-half of the
council and mayor shall be elected in the same general election. (Prior code
§ 1-2-1)
