All provisions of the code shall be in full force and effect from and after October 14, 1986, and all ordinances of a general and permanent nature of the city, enacted on final passage on or before October 14, 1986 and not included in the code or recognized and continued in force by reference therein are repealed from and after October 14, 1986 except as hereinafter provided. No resolution of the city, not specifically mentioned, is repealed. (Ord. 13-87 § 2, 1987)
